Tracking

Once your order ships, a USPS tracking number will be sent to you via email.

Lost / Stolen Packages

Once USPS marks a package as Delivered, Journey is  not responsible for loss, theft, or misdelivery.

Please contact USPS directly for claims or recovery.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes in some regions.
International customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes.
