Refund policy


We want you to love your Journey pieces. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work:


Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

How to Start a Return

  • Submit your request at hello@shopjourneyofficial.com including your order number and reason for the return.
  • Print the provided shipping label.

  • Send the item back within the 30 day returns window.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered if inventory allows.
If an exchange cannot be fulfilled, a refund will be issued.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@shopjourneyofficial.com with photos so we can assist you.

 

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

  • Clearance items
  • Marked-down items
  • Items noted as “Final Sale” at checkout

SALES POLICY

This Sales Policy explains how Journey (“we,” “our,” “us”) processes orders, payments, and promotions.

 

Pricing & Payment

  • Full payment is required at checkout.

  • Prices are listed in USD but may appear in your local currency.

  • Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

  • If a pricing or listing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it and cancel or refund affected orders.

  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment options shown at checkout.

 

Order Acceptance

Your order is confirmed once payment is processed.
However, Journey reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including:

  • Inventory errors

  • Pricing discrepancies

  • Suspected fraud

  • System malfunction

Customers will be refunded in full if an order is canceled.


ORDER MODIFICATION

Orders cannot be modified once they are processed. If you need assistance, contact Customer Service immediately at hello@shopjourneyofficial.com.

 

Discounts & Promotions

  • All promotional terms — including expiration dates — are clearly stated at the time of offer.
  • Promotions cannot be applied retroactively.

  • Discounts cannot be combined unless specified.


Returns & Exchanges

Our return policy allows returns within 30 days of delivery.
Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.


Preorders / Backorders

  • Items ship when they become available.

  • Release dates are estimates and may change.

  • Payment is collected at the time of order.

 

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled before processing begins.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
